The Supreme Club and Gold Awards is the combined celebration of two different sets of awards - the Supreme Club Awards, celebrating the best of our clubs on campus, and the Cultural Gold Awards, celebrating individuals who have excelled in their chosen cultural fields.

Every year we call for nominations for the clubs who students think are doing an amazing job. We also have Gold Awards for those people who have had some awesome successes as individuals. Cultural clubs include representative groups like the Victoria International Students’ Association (V-ISA), to the likes of the VUW Politics Society, Mukume Taiko Drummers, the Sociology Club and more! (Just not sports clubs - they’re celebrated at the Blues Awards).

The Supreme Club and Gold Awards are easily one of the most fun nights of the year! There’s food and drinks and incredible performances - AND we get to celebrate the amazing work our clubs do in building community and providing life outside of study for VUW students. This year’s Supreme Club and Gold Awards are scheduled to take place at 6pm, Thursday 3 October in The Hunter Lounge.

Clubs and Societies are so important to the VUW community. So get involved! And if you or your club have been doing some awesome things throughout the year be sure to nominate yourselves!
